Camel Spring Boot JPA with mutiple datasources not finding correct persistence unit

Time:11-12

I have a spring boot service, using JPA and Apache camel. I configured two different datasources following https://www.baeldung.com/spring-data-jpa-multiple-databases So far the datasources themself seem to be in place. However camel is not picking them based on the persistenceUnit name. When I remove all code related to one of those datasources then it suddenly works. To me it seems like the persistenceUnit name is not correctly set. I always get the following error:

javax.persistence.PersistenceException: No Persistence provider for EntityManager named domain

I also compared with my approach with Spring Boot Camel JPA with multiple Datasources

Camelroute excerpt:

...
.to("jpa:com.myapp.model.domain.Event?entityType=java.util.ArrayList&persistenceUnit=domain")

CodePudding user response:

use entityManagerFactory options instance of persistenceUnit
