Angular failed to install on local system - npm ERR! code ERR_SOCKET

I have successfully installed Node and AngularCLI on my local system. And everything was okay. I have:

Angular CLI: 13.1.1
Node: 16.13.1
Package Manager: npm 8.1.2
OS: win32 x64

I am doing the installation on my local system, without any security.

I did:

npm cache clear --force

The problem is still there.

How do I get this sorted out?

use this command to update globaly your npm

npm install -g npm

Check these steps:

test your connection, seems there's a problem too
nuke your node_modules folder
reinstall your npm globally
install again
