I use c + + builder 5.0 with built-in TThread category, in Windows 2000 for multi-threaded development, programming, when running on Windows 2000, really have the speed, but when I use a program in Windows 8.0 executes, it is slower than using multi-threaded also... ?? Excuse me, c + + builder 5.0 TThread category does not support Windows 8.0 operating system? Or Windows 8.0 operating system for the use of multi-threaded mechanism and Windows 2000 is not the same?
