System upgrade,
Originally in c + + Builder6 development programs to upgrade to the c + + Builder XE8.
Database from the Pervasive PSQL 10 upgrade to 10

The same SQL text didn't upgrade before execution need to 5 seconds.
Move into the XE8 unexpectedly ran 64 seconds.

Now I don't know where is the problem? Do not know how to start.
Please advise.
