Should be the problem of your jre file mobile location, enter the eclipse installation folder, find the eclipse ini configuration file, found in the file

- the vm and the jre file address, samples such as:

- vm
D: \ Java \ jdk1.8.0 _231 \ jre \ bin jre address (native)
- vmargs

Change after the save, restart the eclipse
