Delphi7 program running under Windows prompt can not find bornlmm. DLL, copies the file to the Windows/system32, problems still, ask everybody to have a better solution?

32-bit programs run on 64 - bit systems when the actual access Windows will be mapped to Windows \ \ System32 SysWOW64 directory. The inside is full 32-bit DLL.
So if the original poster is like upstairs said in EXE directory. Either in Windows \ SysWOW64 directory.
