My computer background: no previous computer background, learning the lessons and data analysis, this semester has just started to learn R language programming) (for the first time contact, we have some questions want to consult everybody, is really thank you!!!!!!

Why do you want to send this post: I read digital marketing, should be to go to the data analyst career direction development, learn all the business last semester, this semester began to learn programming, not only is my first contact with programming, computer courses is the first time contact!!!!!! Teacher is mainly taught in class operation, but I found the operation in the process of my study is not main problem, more practice well, it's not a difficult, but I'm a bit confused now, there are two things (1) with R to solve practical problems need to complement what knowledge of mathematics and statistics (because I found that I do not understand after contact with ggplot from the analysis of the data graph, is only a figure out there, of course, not only the ggplot, most of the time is in the practice operation, but not, so I think it important to knowledge of mathematics and statistics), (2) since the learn R is used to solve practical problems, I am not very satisfied with the teacher taught the operation, I feel I need to contact the real case to practice R, with the actual situation, not only can practice operation, more important is why want to do this, I know I can be reached through this operation what kind of results, how to analyze the results, these results can produce what useful information to project and so on,

Hope that through this post to solve problem:
1) hopes to be able to know about doing basic data analysis profession need to use mathematical and statistical knowledge, if we can have learning website recommends more better,
(2) what are the sites can complete access to a project, virtual or real or (preferably business project because I later is engaged in the marketing field in the direction of the data analyst), I think through the project practice full to solve a problem,
