Problem description:

Thread 1 is usb data, speed stability in 350 MB/s,

Thread 2 will read the data from the usb to write file operations

Due to the speed of the thread 2 more not on the speed of the thread 1, in order to improve the efficiency, now want to in a thread to level 1 buffer between 1 and 2 of buff, so as to realize the way of improving efficiency
