Using opencv3.4.6 videocapture class (I use platform is qt5.9.8), to take a video decoding RTSP, will appear in the process of decoding decoding to stop for a period of time, and then continue to decoding phenomenon, could you tell me why will somehow in the process of decoding stop decoding? Then stop decoding time and normal decoding enough?
