We can understand such a team do not equivalent to write a plug-in, people do things with researching the project team to meet the needs of users, and, then the problem comes, research and development group and the project team sure is different to the requirement of developer, so the requirement for how to distinguish? Team and project team, in other words, what difference does it make to the developer's request, also is the two group each emphasize particularly on what aspects? There is have a overall good or bad?
