Break is jump out of the cycle (equivalent to early termination, no longer follow-up data processing loop)
Continue is to end the cycle, directly into the next round of cycle (which is the processing of the current cycle is skipped, start the next round of cycle)
So the biggest difference is that, break is over, the entire cycle continue is the end of the cycle, the cycle isn't over)
