The time interval, when creating SimpleScheduleBuilder set the trigger, probability of unit will affect the size of the fire?

Set the milliseconds: withIntervalInMilliseconds
Set the seconds: withIntervalInSeconds
Set the minutes for the unit: withIntervalInMinutes
Set the hour for the unit: withIntervalInHours

Question:
More than one, whether the interval unit as easy to fire, or did not affect? (see the code inside all the time interval between the final return unit or ms)
2, how should choose unit? Smaller than the actual need of unit, or keep the agreement and the actual needs of the unit?
