Continue to write files to SSD, can cause slow to write

Time:01-21

Projects have demand, to continue to write files to SSD, is probably every seconds to write a 100 MB file,
I am using the C language, writing is ordinary fopen fwrite operation,
Write a dozen times speed is stable at the beginning, will cost 300 ms, but will appear in time after 1000 or 10000 + + ms ms, even fopen fail,
This is the problem, SSD or fwrite problem?
Want to ask everybody bosses have a similar situation, or have any thinking, give me support, thank you

In the same folder, do not store too much file! Every time we create a file FATFS systems have to scan the file, there have been created, along with the increase in the new file will lead to the scanning time, results in the decrease of file creation efficiency, the time, of course, there may be other reasons

Fopen in the second parameter b?

Now even QLC SSDS commonly used TLC, chip actual writing performance is very low (lower than mechanical hard disk), manufacturer boasting about the performance index of the actual was brought up on the inside of the SLC cache, so continue to write a lot of data out speed is normal
