The best alternative is XAMPP, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like Laragon are Vagrant, WampServer, BitNami Application Stacks and AMPPS. Laragon alternatives are mainly Web Servers but may also be Large File Transfer Services or Virtualization Tools
