PS: looks like a duplicate of Flutter POST request body is empty on server side and Flutter Dart HTTP POST request body is empty on server side but none of those solutions have worked for me, therefore I posting a new question.

Have you tried writing Content-Type with capital first letters?

Also your API links aren't exactly the same... You say you use:

https://10.0.2.2:44304/api/user/validateUser/ //emulator https://127.0.0.1:44304/api/user//validateUser/ //postman (note the double / !)

What if you change them to exactly the same?
