How to send a mail to sender & Receiver on Non-Hubspot form using hubspot CRM?

I want to send a mail to receiver & sender like, if someone submits a form that person is able to receive a mail & also the contact owner is able to receive the Mail. I have tried many things but I am not able to do this. can somebody help to implement this functionality with Hubspot?

Well Basically, you can enable the followup emails from the settings of the non-hubspot form & you can set up the doubled opt-in email.

Using above steps you are able to send a mail to sender & receiver who can submit a form.

Steps to Enable Doubled opt-in email Marketing->Email->Create Email After Creating new email published that mail.

After doing this steps you are able to send & receive mail using non hubspot form.

I have also a same problem but after this solution sender & receivers are able to got mail on their inbox.
