Arcgis in shutdown restart again after I open has been stuck in loading document and task manager is the process but not memory, doesn't shut off, I'm version of arcgis 10.2.2 system is doing, before use the normal! Hope to have a great god help me answer the uninstall reshipment several times, no effect, be badly in need of solution, thanked first here
