I am looking for a document that clearly mentions all the data models to comply to NGSI-LD format. Can you pls either post that document file or share URL that mentions NGSI-LD details.

This NGSI-LD information model allows multiple entities to be included. In order to have a full standardization, you need also to define the data model. In the Smart Data Models program, we provide a bunch of free resources for that and we have more than 600 data models. See these links:
