I have Java backend applications are deployed on a Linux platform, using the HTTPS protocol, HTTP is unable to access, so small application is via HTTPS connection service,

1. The small program addresses are then connected on the service, when the program by connecting wifi, can be connected to the back-end services, when unable to connect to back-end services with mobile phone network,
2. I use mobile browser to access the server resources pictures, mobile phone can connect wifi access picture, don't connect wifi can't access,
3. The mobile phone network is normal,

What is the problem done?
My guess is that mobile phone networks to HTTPS to HTTP to access, so can't access services,

Specific how to solve this problem? Now is to phone 4 g networks can also directly can even background services,
