build.gradle (project) completely different?-CodePudding

I setup a new (Kotlin) project using Android Studio. When I take a look at my build.gradle (Project), I see this content:

plugins {
    id 'com.android.application' version '7.1.1' apply false
    id 'com.android.library' version '7.1.1' apply false
    id 'org.jetbrains.kotlin.android' version '1.6.10' apply false
}

    delete rootProject.buildDir
}

build.gradle(Module) looks like:

Repositories have been moved to settings.gradle and module Gradle has been moved to the app package.
