Does anyone know if there is a proper software to achieve this? The reason I want to do this is to record me while doing Sport and look for bad posture etc… and always starting a new video and delete it afterwards etc is pretty annoying. I also have an iPhone and iPad if such a software is available for iOS. But right now I have not found a good solution. I wanted to try running OBS studios in a docker container (for automatization) and view the stream from my phone, but this does not seem like a good solution but like reinventing the wheel.

Any ideas are very welcome.

OBS is the best video recording and video streaming software & it is available for all platform

You can specify the output of OBS to be on a ramdisk. This way you don't have to delete it after watching (assuming that you have enough RAM). If you share the folder with SMB you can stream the video from your phone using VLC.
