Notebook minimum requirements: a new i7 processor (note that cannot choose low version, i5 somewhat reluctantly, if is the new i5 choose as far as possible), 16 gb of memory (8 g also make do, don't open simulator, with real machine), 256 g (128 is not enough) solid above + 1 t mechanical drive, graphics card N CARDS, this game (thin or office or less)
Around 7000 by conservative estimates, barely used should also get a little more than 5000

Desktop is relatively better, general i5 processor, overall budget is much lower
