Vaadin Starter Project doesnt run-CodePudding

I tried to run the starter Project of Vaadin in IntelliJ but only get following Error: I have Vaadin installed and Maven, also the newest version of JDK.

I dont know why it doesnt work, i followed the full Starter Tutorial of Vaadin but only get this Errors

I Tried everything, but cant find any solution.

This can happen if you import the parent directory in IntelliJ IDEA instead of importing the project directory itself

Looking at the stack trace, this caught my attention:

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to determine project directory for dev mode. Directory 'C:\j2ee\projekte\my-todo' does not look like a Maven or Gradle project. Ensure that you have run the prepare-frontend Maven goal, which generates 'flow-build-info.json', prior to deploying your application

Which might mean the problem lives in the pom.xml file. Are you importing vaadin-maven-plugin ? How did you generate this pom.xml ? Did you download it from an existing repository/project/example ?
