I am trying to make a google forms send the answers to a google sheets and then export the answers as a Json using a script. The problem is, after I do it once, the old answers stay in the sheet and it exports all of the data while I only want 1 set of answers. I have a script that adds a button to export the sheet into a Json file. I also have a script that deletes every row besides the first one (which has the header like question 1/question 2). I am trying to combine these two scripts so it will export the answers into Json, and then after it deletes the previous answers. I might have done a poor job at describing this but can anyone turn this into 1 script?

Not sure if understand the problem. If you mean to clean the sheet(s) as soon as the JSON is ready you can add this line:
sheet.getDataRange().offset(1,0).clear();
after the line:
var objects = getObjects_(dataRange.getValues(), normalizeHeaders_(headers));
in the definition of the function getRowsData_(sheet, options)
