In the report design RptImage controls, put one up, and in DataReport_Initialize () event set properties of Picture controls can preview,
But DataReport RptImage cannot and are the shortcomings of data binding, any event provides an opportunity to each row change pictures, only as a fixed Logo image shows,

Suggest to switch to ActiveReport, its Image support binding and event,
Binding not sure what kind of field type, probably is the Access OLE object,
Detail_Format (enough), the current row can be set in the inside pictures,
