How to adjust a table generation in a shiny app

Time:11-28

I can't generate the table correctly when I click in Table. The following message appears:

Warning: Error in f1: argument "var1" is missing, with no default.

I can't solve it, could you help me?

CodePudding user response:

You have many parameters in your function f1. However, you are calling f1(data(),x[1],x[2]) and that seems to be the issue. If you call with the other required paramters, it works fine. See below.

  data_subset <- reactive({
    req(input$daterange1)
    var1 = "Days"
    var2 = "Numbers"
    days <- seq(input$daterange1[1], input$daterange1[2], by = 'day')
    df1 <- subset(data(), as.Date(date2) %in% days)
    df2 <- df1 %>% select(date2,Category)
    Test <- cbind(df2, coef = apply(df2, 1, function(x) {f1(data(),x[1],x[2],plot=FALSE,var1,var2)}))
    Test
  })
