When vs2013 opencv2.4.10 program debugging MSVCP100D. DLL has not been specified run on Windows-CodePudding

The computer version: WIN10 64
The debug is Win32

Tried a method:
1. Download msvcr100. DLL file under the tip the wrong path. Rerun.

2. Download the update vc + + 2010 (note the 32 bit or 64 bit)

3. Download the DirectX Repair tools to Repair.

4. Reinstall the VS2013

All failed,
I don't know you great god: are there any other solutions? Don't need to reinstall system
