NEWpicture is new image, my idea is to first a1, a2, a3 set an initial value, and it is concluded that the first target and background contrast value, and then adjust the a1, makes contrast to a new height, and then adjust the a2, makes further enhance contrast, finally adjust the a3,
My question is: is that one of the coefficients adjustment, need to consider the correlation between RGB three-channel? This method is feasible?
