Want to control the display Dutch and Arabic, the data source is the database, the database USES the utf-8 unicode character set,
The problem is
1. Database using this character set is to support all languages?
2. Query data found in Dutch and English is the same character set, should not processing display properly?
3. The codepage used for languages, Arabic and English, Dutch, how to deal with?

Utf8 can support all languages, your program support MUI is ok
