I follow these steps to compile x265,
1. Use mercurial clone package repository to D: \ x265 \
2. Click and run the build - all. Bat
3. Build - all. Bat start cmake 3.4.2, first configure the generate to generate x265 again. The SLNS
detected4. Compile with VS2010 x265. SLNS
detected5. F5 start debugging
