Access how to save the query results to a table

Time:10-11

I first set up in the form of A query condition, and then click the form of A button to open the form B, form A part of the button VBA program is as follows, I'd like to open the form B, the form B to save data to A table, but I don't know how to do, for now, my approach is that the data output in the form B to an Excel file "VOR is. XLS", then "VOR is. XLS" link to Access in the form of external links table, for the use of other programs, but there is always some external links table is not convenient, I want to keep the data in A form B directly into A table, do not know how to change things in article 2 of the following statements? Thank you very much!

AcNormal DoCmd. OpenForm "B", and filt waste, acFormReadOnly, acWindowNormal
DoCmd. OutputTo acOutputForm, "B", acFormatXLS, CurrentProject. Path & amp; "\ VOR is. XLS", False, ""
