Younger brother by using ado connection on win2012server oracle12c when 800 a0e7a source adodb library. The connection is not found provider

The connection string as follows:
The Provider=OraOLEDB. Oracle. 1; User ID=% s. Password=% s. The Data Source=% s. Persist Security Info=False
