VB form file, note is click on the selected, don't double click, then right click, choose open way, in the drop-down, select the Visual Basic, if not listed VB, can point to browse, find the C: \ program files \ Microsoft Visual studio \ vb98 \ vb6 exe (64 - bit system is C: \ program files \ Microsoft Visual studio (x86) \ vb98 \ vb6 exe)

Use right-click popup file menu, select the application that open the file, on the hook after opened by the program.
