Personally don't recommend that you do it: because the inet control itself is encapsulated with API, and you write the code in this control packaging again? Reinvent the wheel!

If you think this control can not meet the requirements, you should use the API to write code, to achieve a new controls, but write a control need to know a lot of knowledge, if never done before, suggest you still learn how to create a control first,
