Visual is implicit dynamic link, but the lib and DLL version not provided direct reason is the DLL version too high/too low

Is which DLL problem, modify, or by other way, I'm new in learn to use irrlicht 1.8.3 compiler error, I thought it was my own mistake, but I simply copy the examples of the code is still the error, do not know why, to overcome,,,
