My system is win10 system, installation is vb6.0 by use of enterprise edition, download the installation package and extract,
Find the setup. Right-click exe file compatibility - - - - check "to check the compatibility mode to run the program" as shown in figure - sure

Then in the setup. Right click exe file - it is ok to run as an administrator, according to clew for installation
