Can install package has a problem, it is suggested that try to download the latest version of SSMS installation kits.

It seems that you never like data, Microsoft officials made it clear:
From SSMS 17. X version, the installation requirements have the following conditions:
1, Visual c + + 2015 issued reusable components,
2, the.net Framework Framework 4.0 or above
3, integrated support is essentially only 2016 sp1, and after the database version and upward development compatible with support database management down (of course)
