Doesn't work as example on bootstrap website but code is the same-CodePudding

I am novice in frontend. I don't understand why this file doesn't work like example located on bootstrap's site https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.1/components/navbar/ (External content).I wrote that code on website Codeply and it worked out there.Can you tell me how to fix this issue?
