结合我个人对sybase和powerbuilder的发展趋势的观察,在pb12出来以后,PB12.NET已经变成了一个.net开发环境,同时powerscript也变成了一个.net语言,也就是说sybase通过微软的.net编译器,把powerscript数据库脚本编译成.net中间语言,当然pb.net的程序也就变成了纯.net的程序,而且这个版本还是基于wpf(Windows Presentation Foundation),后面还会推出wpf向silverlight的编译,就像现在的flex的开发一样,将编译成一个RIA的程序,所以就可以很顺利的部署到MS Azure中,客户只要在浏览器中运行程序即可,同时windows phone的程序也是基于silverlight的,所以pb.net开发的程序也可以部署到windows phone,当你看到你用开发的程序,可以像金蝶的友商网的程序那样,发布程序后,给购买者一个账号,按年收费,你只要支付云服务器端的租赁费,那不是非常美的事情么,当然这个仅仅是我的一家之言,仅供参考,所以的一切我们都需要加倍的努力和积累,耐心的等待产业的一步一步的推进,
