The/usr/sbin/useradd -u oinstall - 54322 - g g dba, oper, backupdba, dgdba, kmdba, asmdba, asmoper, asmadmin, racdba grid

And my udev permissions is asmadmin asmadmin just grid permissions, oracle does not have the permission, and this matter?
