Today just installed oracle10g,
OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener themselves and OracleOraDb11g_home1iSQL * Plus service stopped,
Then I can start,

You can't start this is isqlplus service, it doesn't matter, as for listening, try to manually pull the CMD window look, look at what's wrong:
LSNRCTL start
