I just learn Oracle, such problems,

Back to the office today and found unable to connect to database website,
Check, found that Oracle has stopped,

I use the following instructions to reopen
 up sqlplus/nolog 
The connect/as sysdba
SQL> Startup
SQL> The exit
LSNRCTL> Start


Open the Oracle,
But I want to check the log and see why Oracle is stopped, someone put it stopped or affected by what,,,

Excuse me each elder younger brother how to office, (the younger brother is a novice, many still do not understand)

TNS - 12502 error is generally by the client tnsnames. Ora does not include the CONNECT_DATA cause, check your tnsnames. Ora file
