Rookie, now have a ORACLE 11 g database server (win2012 platform), last week when the database has four instances (four, don't ask me why I don't know, research and development to say to want to so much), four weeks ago on instance can run normally, until today, on the database have built five instances, then here's the thing, after the instance built today, I found one instance in land has been prompt ORA - 12518 TNS: listeners can not connect to distribute the client (PLSQL and up sqlplus prompt this), baidu Google have tried various method, has been unable to solve, I also very despair... O god save me!

Pray god help me, for a day, really

And see if it is out of memory, or you with a DEDICATED or SHARED mode

Can you point in detail? The great god, I was a small white... Exposure to this server before, again didn't contact with oracle

Under the CMD window to modify the first is the value of the (set is=XXXX, the modified only effective for current CMD window), then use the same CMD window to access the database.
