Old Server is a Windows Server 2003 system, using SQL Server 2000 database,

Replacement after the backup data is particularly slow, old server backup data of 25 seconds to complete, but the new server backup need 27 minutes, in the data back to the server backup is 25 seconds, reinstall the database also still won't do,
Backup check the CPU and memory are not run full
