Server running in recent two months in a database instance hang up, program even not on the database error, see the oracle logs and found to be the background process is turned off, the following oracle error log is:
CKPT, terminating the instance due to error 472
The Instance terminated by CKPT, pid=3376
The Dump file c: \ oracle \ admin \ udrmdb \ bdump \ alert_udrmdb log
At another time in the error log:
Thu Apr 13 09:30:37 2017
CJQ0: terminating the instance due to error 472
The Instance terminated by CJQ0, pid=6044


Recently also didn't install third-party tools on the server, and wonder if the memory allocated to create databases? Have encountered similar problems? Please help, thank you.

I also suspect is oraclebug problem, but also on other server is filled with the oracle version, also is the same, basic don't appear this problem, so I think it also and give oracle allocated memory, need what I attached log
