Check a lot of information on the net, the personal summary because I oracleasmlib 2.0.4-1. El6. X86_64 oracleasm - support - 2.1.8-1. El6 x86_64 version is wrong, I installed system is OracleLinux - R7 - U0 - Server - x86_64 - DVD
[root @ localhost init. D] # uname -r
3.10.0-123. El7. X86_64

If you have the asm is oracle Linux 7 related package
If you are oracle Linux 7 there is no package, you can consider to use udev to implement http://www.xifenfei.com/2016/08/linux-7-udev.html
