Pb10 + oracle characters garbled question
The program USES the pb10 + oracle9i development
The oracle server character set WE8ISO8859P1
The client character set WE8ISO8859P1
But when the program is run is always garbled
But shown in TOAD was right
Everybody to help see what reason?

Reset user language of the operating system, in the console,

I use China (Taiwan)
China (PRC)
China (Hong Kong)
The results still won't do,,

That you'd better go and ask the oracle area, where someone should know how to solve,

The server's character set must be used ZHS16GBK

Oracle client Settings for NA, or ZHS16GBK

Vaguely remember back from pb9, pb can use unicode, and you use the iso8859 seems a single-byte character set, may appear problem

If you switch to pb9 development, and the client and the server character set is the same, there will be no noise problem
