How to wrap something in a var if it has multiple single and double quotes?

Time:07-30

Trying to wrap schema code in a var but due to it having multiple single and double quotes I just cannot seem to do it.

Is there another way to wrap something in a var and for it to ignore all single and double quotes in it?
