Printer setup, not to cut it. Use the word printing is not cut, explain you driver is wrong, or printer malfunction.
If printer malfunction, sending useless paper cutting orders.
If command sent directly paper cutting, will abandon report designer, to print text into a string, plus control characters, directly to the printer. Many methods, can search the previous post
