Meet the same problem, the reason was that the cloned virtual machine on my side, so the two nodes of cat/etc/iscsi/initiatorname iscsi the values are the same,

Solution:
Then delete the file delete yum remove iscsi *
The rm -f/etc/iscsi/initiatorname iscsi, reinstall the yum install iscsi * automatically generate new files,
